1. Information we collect

You can send inquiries from your own email app. When you email us, we receive your name (or the name you use), your email address and the contents of your message. We use Gmail to send and receive email. This site has no feature that sends or stores information through a contact form.

2. How we use it

We use the information only to respond to inquiries, to communicate about press, listing and consultation requests, and to keep a record of them.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Except where required by law, we do not provide information to third parties without your consent. Email and delivery of this site run on the environments of the respective service providers (Google and Vercel).

4. Analytics and external services

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process connection information needed for delivery and security. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will state it on this page.

The share button uses your device's share function or copies the URL. To follow the RSS feed, please use your own RSS reader.

The trailer video on the work page loads the YouTube (Google) player only when you press the play button (using the privacy-enhanced domain). No browsing information is sent to YouTube before you play. After playback starts, YouTube's terms and privacy policy apply.

5. Cookies and external links

This site's own features do not use cookies. Your language choice is saved in local storage, and a session marker prevents repeated automatic language selection. These settings are not sent to STUDIO INARI. For login and access control on the hosting service, that service's terms and privacy policy apply.

If you move to an external service such as X, LINE, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, please check that service's terms and privacy policy.

6. The app version

This is how information is handled in the app version of BANKA, distributed by STUDIO INARI for smartphones and PCs.

• Accounts: you do not need a STUDIO INARI account to use the app. The app does not ask you to enter your name or email address.
• Game data: save data such as your progress and settings is stored on your device. It is not sent to STUDIO INARI servers.
• Purchases and payment: purchases, payments and restoring purchases are handled by each store (App Store, Google Play, Steam and others). Payment details such as card numbers are not provided to STUDIO INARI, and we do not store them. We check purchase status using the store's purchase records and information on your device.
• Network: playing the game does not require an internet connection. A connection is used when you buy or restore a purchase, and when you open pages on this site such as this page or the terms.
• Ads and analytics: our policy is not to include tools (SDKs) for advertising, analytics or tracking user behavior. If we introduce any, we will describe them on this page before we do.
• Reporting problems: when you email us, we may ask for your device model, OS version and what happened. We use these only to investigate and respond.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you would like the information we hold about you disclosed, corrected or deleted, please contact us through our contact page. After confirming your identity, we will respond within a reasonable scope.
